Cheddar Cheese Omelette

Ingredients

1 tbl spoon melted butter
1 large eggs, beaten well
3 tbl spoon whole milk. softens the Omlette, so Kids can easily chews with gums and swallow.
4 tbl spoon mild cheddar, shredded
2 tbl spoon green peas fresh or frozen (optional)
*no salt is necessary.

Directions

Using non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs and milk together and pour on to skillet over medium heat.
After about 2 mins, turn the omelette and Add Cheddar cheese and green peas.
Wait until cheese starts to melt and fold the omelette.

Wait at least 10 mins, before you serve this to kids.

Banana pancake

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tablespoon white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 ripe bananas, mashed

Directions

Combine flour, white sugar, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix together egg, milk, vegetable oil and bananas.
Stir flour mixture into banana mixture
Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. scoop the batter onto the pan.
Makes about 4 Pan cakes.

Please Wait at least 5 -10 before you serve this to kids.


Creme of spinach

Ingredients:

1 tablespoons butter

1/5 cup onion, finely chopped
8 oz fresh baby spinach or use frozen, Thaw
1 cup cream or 1 cup milk
salt Pinch *Spinach is already salted by nature


Directions:

In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add the onion and saute in the butter until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
Add the washed,chopped spinach. If using frozen thaw spinach in microwave as per directions from the seller.
Reduce heat to medium and let simmer for about 8-10 minutes, or until spinach is done.
Whisk in the milk or cream and the seasonings and heat through briefly (about five minutes more), stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Allow atleast 10 to 15 mins, before you serve this to kids. Serve with well cooked pasta or soft bread.
